Pathways
Stroll the path so straight and long
Humming the tune of a lovers song
Once foot sets upon the way
I bid you all a glorious day
The journey that’s longest
Is the one never started
I seek to find true love
If found . Never parted.
Oh the rolling hills so green and pleasant
Home of quail, songbirds and pheasant
If by chance my path crosses with thee
Let us then stroll together doubling our glee
Is this land not lovely?
Is the path not straight and long?
And now we walk life’s path together
Humming the tune of a lovers song
